Founded by Craig Richardson, who has a deep commitment to family values, the company builds on a rich background of experience gained from working with both independent and national funeral providers such as Peasgood & Sketes, Central England Coop, L Fulcher, and Dignity. Craig’s extensive experience has highlighted the disparity in service quality across the industry, where some businesses prioritise marketing and profit over genuine compassion.
Driven by a philosophy that true value and compassion stem from a genuine desire to support others rather than financial gain, Craig founded Richardson Funeral Services to offer a higher standard of care. His vision extends to hoping that one day his own son will join the ranks, continuing the legacy of empathy and dedication.
